Ingredients
- 1 big mango, peeled, pitted and flesh remove chunks
- 4 1/2-cup (120 ml) scoops fat-free, no-sugar-added vanilla ice cream
- club soda or plain seltzer
Instructions
- Place mango enter food processor and pulse to create a sleek puree.
- Divide mango puree between 4 tall 12-ounce (360 ml) glasses. Add a scoop of ice cream in to every glass.
- Fill the glass with club soda. Add a straw and serve.
